Proceedings of the Eighth International Symposium on Marine Propulsors 2024 (smp'24)

Abstract

These proceedings contain the papers presented at the 8th International Symposium on Maritime Propulsors – smp’24. The Symposium was held in Berlin at the Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin from 17 March to 20 March, 2024. Smp’24 is the eighth in a series of biannual international symposiums dedicated to the design and hydrodynamics of all types of marine propulsors. The Symposium provides a forum to present state-of-the-art research and studies on existing marine propulsors as well as a platform for introduction of new types of propulsors. Special attention is given to high-efficiency propulsion devices and environmental issues. The permanent website of the symposium is www.marinepropulsors.com. On this page information on past and future symposiums will be posted.
