Abstract

My purpose rema~ns the same, and so does the centra1 conjecture. I still maintain that there is more room for improvement in management than ~n design. 1. lntroduction Technology continues to develop at an accelerating pace. Looking ahead to the middle of the next decade is even more important than it was ten years ago.
