
The present paper starts with the definition and study of the pre-Cartan structure modeled after a homogeneous space \(G/H\). Then the general procedure of constructing frame principal bundles and consistent Cartan connections starting from a pre-Cartan structure is described. Riemann geometry, conformal geometry and CR geometry of non-degenerate Levi form are treated as pre-Cartan structures. The normal Cartan connections are constructed. The curvature of CR-geometry in terms of the defining equation of the structure is given here.
