The author solves the functional equation of Sincov \[ f(x,y)+f(y,z)=f(x,z) \] for mappings taking values in a semigroup satisfying the cancellation law. Then the result is applied to solve a multivalued version of the Sincov equation \[ F(x,y)+^{*} F(y,z)=F(x,z) \] where the values of \(F\) belong to \(clb(X)\) -- the family of all nonempty convex closed bounded subsets of a Banach space \(X\) and \(A+^{*}B\) denotes the closure of \(A+B\). Moreover, some results for the Riemann integral of multifunctions with values in \(clb(X)\) are obtained.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 11 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Top 10% | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Top 10% | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
