Mordechai Kedar’ın Filistin Emirlikleri projesi üzerine

Abstract

In the study, Israeli researcher Mordechai Kedar’s project of “Palestinian Emirates” is analyzed. In the study, Kedar’s political thought which is significant to understand the project is examined, the components of the project of Palestinian Emirates is explained and the project is elaborated in the context of polarization between neo-zionism and post-zionism in Israel’s political life. The importance of the study is that it is the first academic research in the political science literature in Turkish on Kedar’s project of “Palestinian Emirates” or “Eight-City States”. In the study, document scanning and content analysis are used as research methods. With the study, the reasons of failure of Palestine Liberation Movement are indicated, the attention is drawn toward the inability of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation with 57 member states and 21 Arab states to solve Palestine issue and the facilities for making effort to ensure the lasting peace are discussed.
