
This study aims at deriving suggestions for creativity education by examining the meaning of implicit knowledge and creative self-efficacy for creativity and reviewing related research. Creativity is influenced by implicit knowledge formed by interaction among attitude, process and environment of products person or organization can recognize. Creative self-efficacy refers to one's belief in creative performance in a situation of conducting certain task. As a result of precedent research review, it showed that implicit knowledge and creative self-efficacy for creativity are factors influencing on revelation of per- sonal or organizational creativity. Such research findings suggest the need of a multi-dimensional approach for creativity education.
