The Dental School in the Educational Continuum

Abstract

A multiple track system allows a student to pursue liberal arts study in conjunction with dental school, and accepts field experience for course credit. The dental curriculum should be flexible enough to grant advanced placement to qualified students and to allow students to progress at their own pace. Faculty members of dental schools should work with university faculty members to provide adequate counseling for students.
