El comercio interprovincial de ganado porcino en España

Abstract

La intensificación de la producción porcina y el surgimiento de nuevas fórmulas jurídico-productivas lleva consigo el establecimiento de un activo comercio de ganado vivo que en gran medida ha sustituido las tradicionales transacciones en ferias y mercados. Este tráfico mercantil acentúa la clásica separación entre las zonas ganaderas y las áreas de sacrificio y consumo, al tiempo que crecen los desequilibrios regionales.
