Abstract

La Carta di Nizza, dopo la dignità, pone come valore fondativo dei diritti dell'uomo la libertà, il principio cardine della convivenza civile. Il saggio si pone difronte al valore della libertà considerando da un lato come esso informi i rapporti tra la Chiesa e gli Stati, in particolare quello italiano, e dall'altro saggiandone il ruolo all'interno dell'ordinamento giuridico della Chiesa stessa.
