
DOI: 10.12957/dep.2017.22331Resumo A crise política brasileira, evidenciada a partir de junho 2013, enseja novas reflexões para a conjuntura recente. A reforma do sistema político é necessária e um das formas de viabilizá-la é por meio de uma Assembleia Constituinte. Sobretudo, se observado os movimentos político-jurídicos dos últimos 15 anos nos países da América Latina. Cabe refletir sobre o momento e as possibilidades dessa aposta pautando-se em um “constitucionalismo achado na rua”. Palavras-chave: constituinte; reforma política; constitucionalismo achado na rua. Abstract The Brazilian political crisis, evidenced after June 2013, gives rise to new reflections to recent events. The reform of the political system is necessary and one of the ways to make it happen is through a Constituent Assembly. Especially, if noted the political and legal movements of the last 15 years in Latin America countries.
