SISTEMA C.– VIVIENDA COLECTIVA A LA CARTA

Abstract

A housing assembly system in which the resident becomes an indispensable factor of the design of their home. A la carte housing which offers the choice of multiple variables when completing the final result. The construction operations are proposed with a reversible character, so as to be able to make changes prior to, and after occupation. The programme, function, size, orientation, association, equipping, furnishing, etc., will be some of the variables to decide upon when finalizing the housing module. With System C, various diverse groups will discover the possibility of inhabiting a home tailored to their tastes and needs. A simple construction system, with workshop manufactured, modularized and coded parts and components that will all be dry assembled by a trained, specialist team. Components will be chosen and arranged to achieve the optimization of material, financial and human resources, and to endow the dwelling with the highest energy efficiency rating.
