The Polish Adaptation of the Public Speaking Anxiety Questionnaire

Abstract

CelCelem przeprowadzonych badań było dokonanie polskiej adaptacji skróconego Kwestionariusza Lęku przez Wystąpieniami Publicznymi GFER Spitznagla i współpracowników.MetodaKwestionariusz GFER jest metodą samooceny składającą się z 16 twierdzeń i przeznaczoną do oceny emocji i reakcji fizjologicznych oraz myśli pojawiających się w sytuacji wystąpienia publicznego. Za pomocą Kwestionariusza GFER zbadano 320 studenów łódzkich uczelni (medycyny, prawa i psychologii). Zastosowano również Inwentarz Stanu i Cechy Lęku Spielbergera, Skalę Lęku i Depresji HADS Zigmunta i Snaitha oraz TCI CloningeraWynikiPolska wersja Kwestionariusza GFER charakteryzuje się dobrymi właściwościami psychometrycznymi - jest narzędziem rzetelnym i trafnym. W wyniku przeprowadzonych analiz uzyskano 9-itemową wersję narzędzia o dwuczynnikowej strukturze - czynnik I to reakcje emocjonalne i fizjologiczne, czynnik II - zamartwianie się. Metoda wykazuje istotne statystycznie związki z poziomem lęku jako stanu i cechy oraz temperamentalnym wymiarem unikania szkodyWnioskiRezultat przeprowadzonych prac nad adaptacją Kwestionariusza GFER Spitznagla i współpracowników przemawia za rekomendowaniem metody do dalszych badań naukowych oraz zastosowania w praktyce terapeutycznej.
