Abstract

In today´s economic environment increases the need to integrate into Russian legislation some features of regulating relations on trust management, available in foreign legal systems. From this position the author estimates the need for changes in the legislative regulation of trust agreements in the Russian legislation. The author proposes corrections to Chapter 53 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, which should reduce the number of claims related to the trust agreements.
