The textbook vividly and comprehensively highlights the problem of stress-resistant behavior that is relevant in the life of a modern person. Ways to prevent and mitigate the negative effects of stress are considered in the context of the biopsychosocial nature of man. The features of stress and stress tolerance in the Russian penitentiary system are revealed.
