Abstract

The textbook is a systematic, complete and at the same time concise presentation of the law of obligations as a sub-branch of civil law of the Russian Federation, which allows you to easily and quickly master the material in preparation for seminars or control events. It contains information about general provisions on obligations and contracts, as well as certain types of civil obligations arising from unilateral actions, contracts, causing harm and unjustified enrichment. Meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of higher education of the latest generation. It is addressed to students, postgraduates of law faculties (universities) studying Russian civil law, as well as teachers and anyone interested in the legal regulation of contractual relations.
