Analysis of Personnel and Documentary Provision in the System of Personnel Management of Organization (on the example of JSC “RSK Sterkh”)

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of personnel and documentary provision in the system of personnel management of an organization on the example of JSC “RSK Sterkh”. The theoretical review of concepts of personnel and documentary provisionin the system of personnel management is carried out. Sociological methods are used. It is revealed that creation of the uniform resource center increases the e ectivenessof managing personnel and documentary provision in the system of personnel management. Economic e ect of creation is expressed through thegrowth of labor productivity of employees and reduction of time of document processing. Thus, the information system providing not only automation of traditional functions of o ce administration, but also realization of essentially new opportunities of management of document document ow will allow to lift an organization’s operation on qualitatively new level and will promote the increase in e ciency of JSC “RSK Sterkh” activities in general.
