The evolution, modern interpretation of an organization's investment strategy, the mechanism of its financial support, risk and time factors, and their impact on investment management are considered. The features of project activities in the financial service of the corporation are highlighted. Currently, the issues of the content of the corporate investment strategy, its transformation in the context of innovation and financial constraints are becoming particularly relevant. The modeling of corporate investment decisions is investigated. Risk is comprehensively characterized as a category accompanying investment decision-making. It complies with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education of the third generation.
