The purpose of this article is to examine the meaning and implications of e-learning and to assist individuals and organizations, whether they are colleges or workplaces, with implementing e-learning. The author explains his board definition of e-learning, levels of e-learning and discusses benefits of e-learning- the revolutionary approach.
