Abstract

Seaislaron cepas de Azospirillum, Acetobacter y Azotobacter sp. presentes en raíces de nopal, tomate y chile, lascuales fueron caracterizadas de acuerdo a su actividad nitrogenasa y producciónde ácido indolacético. Las mejores fueron seleccionadas para evaluar su efectoen la germinación y vigor de semillas de chile jalapeño (Capsicum annuumL. var. “Grande”). Se realizó la inoculación en semillas con diferenteconcentración de inoculo (104, 106 y 108 UFC mL-1)de cada cepa, se uso un diseño experimental completamente al azar con 2factores: A) cepas y B) concentración de inoculo. La cepa AzGN3 aislada de larizósfera de nopal promovió 27% la germinación de semillas con la concentraciónde inoculo de 106 UFC mL-1. La ganancia de biomasa frescay seca fue estimulada por la cepa AzTT2 de Azospirillumsp. con la concentración de 108 UFC mL-1, la longitudradicular se incremento 36% al usar la dosis 106 UFC mL-1con la cepa AzTCH3. De acuerdo con la caracterización la cepa aislada de larizósfera de nopal (AceGN2) deAcetobacter sp. obtuvo la mayor concentración de ácido indolacético. Se concluyeque las rizobacterias nativas presentan potencial para estimular el crecimientoy desarrollo vegetal de semillas de chile jalapeño.
