
Recently, a peer-to-peer approach to hypertext system as an alternative to the client-server based approach is introduced. Some of the issues and potential benefits involved in peer-to-peer hypertext are identified, clarified, and discussed. This paper examines the issues from different perspectives: from the perspective of hypertext system developers, hypertext authors, and hypertext readers.
