Summary: In this paper, we consider some results on distribution theory of multivariate progressively Type-II censored order statistics. We also establish some characterizations of Freund's bivariate exponential distribution based on the lack of memory property.
Reliability and life testing, lack of memory property, multivariate life distributions, Censored data models, Block \& Basu's bivariate exponential distribution, Freund's bivariate exponential distribution, Characterization and structure theory of statistical distributions, norm-ordered statistics, Order statistics; empirical distribution functions, bivariate exponential distributions

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 2 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
