In this paper, a unique meshless method using the radial point interpolation method (RPIM) for the analysis of electromagnetic fields is proposed. In electromagnetic field analysis, treatment of the interfaces between different mediums is important. In this paper, a unique approach is proposed, which is to consider the material constants to be functions of space. Based on this condition, the governing equation of the electromagnetic field is derived and the equations are discretized using the RPIM. The proposed method is applied to eddy current problems, and the results are discussed.
