An explicit meshless method for analyzing electromagnetic fields is proposed in this paper. In the proposed method, the wave equation and the Lorentz gauge are discretized using the radial point interpolation method (RPIM) and Newmark's $\beta$ method. The Taylor series expansion is also used to obtain an explicit scheme. The proposed method has been applied to the following examples: the magnetic field from a square coil, a Hertz dipole, and an eddy current in a thin plate. The potential of the proposed method has been confirmed through these examples.
