Low power constant output voltage RF-DC converter

Abstract

The paper describes the RF-DC converter which consists of Dual-Band antenna designed for GSM 900 MHz band and 2.45 GHz ISM band, the matching circuits, the diode-capacitor voltage multiplier and the Boost DC-DC converter. Design of the individual converter modules is presented and determination of the optimal resistance for maximum converter efficiency are shown. Designed converter is modular, so RF-DC conversion can be easily adjusted in any narrow-band or broadband frequency range.
