Study on the recycling of recycled aggregated concrete

Abstract

With the development of recycled aggregated concrete researches, and the exhausting of construction materials, it's safe to predict that wider application of recycled aggregated to engineering construction is an inevitable trend. Here a practical problem is presented whether the concrete can be recycled again when the structure constructed by recycled aggregates needs to be demolished or maintained as its service life is coming to an end. Based on the basic properties of recycled concrete are directly affected by the recycled concrete aggregate, it explores the components of re-recycled aggregated concrete; the performance index of re-recycled aggregates and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the property of re-recycled aggregates.
