This paper proposes strategies for regulating the grid current of a three-phase inverter connected to an electrical network through a LCL filter interfaced by a PV system. The focus of the analysis is to investigate the use of a PI controller or PR controller to regulate the grid current in the outer loop, when there is inner capacitor current regulating loop already provided in order to stabilise the system. The results are verified by plotting the frequency response.
