
A photonic Radio Frequency (RF) memory with coherent frequency shift and time gated amplifying recirculating delay line is proposed. It can simultaneously control Doppler frequency shift (DFS) and RF storage time. The coherent frequency shift is realized by the beat between the carrier with acoustic-optic modulator (AOM) frequency shift and sideband with carrier suppression modulation. And time gated amplifying recirculating delay line is based on high extinction ratio and fast response time-gated SOAs eliminating the problem of coherent lasing and power attenuation in recirculating memory loop. Reconfigurable long storage time greater than 500$\mu$s and Doppler frequency shift value within ± 3 MHz at 10 GHz RF signal are achieved. The new method has the ability to make the jamming effect simultaneously on the distance and speed terms in the electronic jamming or countermeasures.
