Currently living and working in Toronto, cover artist Diane Vetere studied studio art and was primarily a painter at first. When she and her husband purchased Apple's first Macintosh computer, everything changed. Vetere explains the creation this issue's cover image using Adobe Photoshop and several standard filters as well as Corel's KPT hypertiling filter.
