Study on Flux-Weakening Control for PMSM

Abstract

Based on the mathematical model of Space Vector Control of permanent-magnet synchronous-motor(PMSM) and the analysis of flux-weakening control, a vector control simulation model of PMSM using flux-weakening control is built and some relevant individual modules are constructed, such as Flux-weakening control module, SVPWM generation module and so on. By comparing with id is equal 0 control through simulation, verified flux-weakening control has good performance on speed control and be feasible on PMSM control.
