The law of how the minimum absolute eigenvalue of the Jacobian matrix varies with the load of power systems is analyzed, based on which a new approach is proposed to estimate the static voltage collapse. BPA is used to calculate power flows with the increasing loads. Using the new approached method, the critical point of the static voltage collapse can be conveniently estimated under various power system operation states. The approach is tested on the standard IEEE9 system
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
