This paper addresses a methodology for designing PC clusters using object-oriented technology. The proposed methodology simplifies the design process and manages specification differences in both the academic and the industrial environments. This is to respond to the need to implement an existing CFD code on PC clusters for research purposes and future industrial usage. The objectoriented technology is well suited to solve this kind of design problems.
