Cognitive Analysis Systems for 3D Image Data Interpretation

Abstract

This publication presents the new idea of cognitive systems of data analysis (medical image analysis) for 3D reconstructions of image data. Systems that conduct cognitive analyses and cognitive resonance are designed so that semantic analyses can be used to interpret data and reconstructions medical images. These systems are built for medical types of data analysis systems, and in this publication is the presentation cognitive systems for analysing three-dimensional (3D) medical images of large vessels - coronary arteries. An analysis in classical UBIAS systems - will be used to illustrate and presentation the method of enhancing only this class of cognitive systems with processes whereby these systems learn new solutions about which the systems have no knowledge. The proposed solution presents the method of building a new class of cognitive systems names E-UBIAS (Extended Understanding Based Image Analysis Systems).
