This paper investigated the factors influencing the quality of slope vegetation on highway and then constructed a comprehensive quality evaluation model. In the model, the ecology, landscape and stability functions of highway as main factors were analyzed respectively and the weights of main factors and sub-factors were determined by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Five levels were set up for evaluation and the corresponding standards of sub-factors were given by the experts from related areas. The fuzzy quality evaluation was applied to analyze the comprehensive performance of highway by the evaluating vectors. The research data of six herbs (Trifolium pretense Linn, Agrostis stolonifera Linn, Trifolium repens L, Bromus inermis Leyss, Lolium perenne L., Elymus tranchycaulum) was used to examine the evaluation performance of the model, and result shows that the evaluation provided by the model is consistent with the previous analyses.
