In the district heating system in major cities, Ulaanbaatar, Darkhan, has been implemented several projects. Ulaanbaatar heat rehabilitation project, financed by ADB has been implementing in district heating system. But present district heating systems in aimag and soum centers is in very bad condition. Mongolia government is seasons not paid necessary attention to medium and small capacity heating systems in aimag centre and settlements. It has not implemented any investment projects financed by international donor organizations.
