The ramp automatic torque method in this paper is a new method to transform power torque on ramp for carbon-free car which is only driven by gravitational potential energy. This method is based on the torque structure and rope winding to achieve the good climbing ability of the carbon-free car. The mechanical structure includes starting wheel, climbing wheel, running wheel, post, column, pulley, graduated rope, output shaft and weight.
