The paper has studied the relations between contributions and proceeds of members in a dynamic alliance based on technology innovation from the perspective of maximizing the profit of each member in an alliance. At first, it sets forth the contribution, and then, it classifies and illustrates proceeds, at last, it has established a two-stage dynamic game model, which analyzes respectively the relations between contributions and proceeds under the condition that a member is at the leading position and at an assistant position. This study conduces to the establishment of an effective proceeds allocation mechanism in dynamic alliance based on technology innovation.
