The evaluation of teaching quality is a typical problem of uncertainty. In order to scientifically and reasonably test education quality in universities with teaching evaluation index system of current school, according to supervising experts' knowledge and experience in teaching field, this paper puts forward design scheme in teaching quality evaluation system based on FAHP. First, this paper applies AHP to reasonably determine weight of evaluating index. Secondly, fuzzy decision is applied to reduce quantitative analysis to evaluation grade for comprehensive evaluation. Finally, author takes his school as case and applies methods in this paper to evaluate sports teachers in the whole school. The case analysis proves that this method is practical and feasible and it can correctly and effectively evaluate teaching quality.
