
This paper outlines the labor requirements for renewable energy projects that can be implemented in developing countries and the possible employment opportunities that can be created in relation to that. This study is based on the reports, which analyzed the status of USA's labor requirements and employment prospects of a few developed countries in the renewable energy sector. This paper is intended for developing nations, recommending them that employment prospects can be extended to rural communities to achieve sustainability.
