The Wireless Monitoring System of Solar Receiver

Abstract

In solar thermal utilization technology, one needs to calculate the conversion efficiency and verify whether safety and durability meet the design requirements by monitoring solar receiving system, and improve the solar receiving system according to the experimental data. This paper introduces a system designed for performance detecting of non vacuum solar thermal receiving pipe and its high efficiency selective coating. The system mainly has three functions: 1. Monitor the selective absorbing of heat-receiving pipe, and evaluate the attenuation of coating structure properties, 2. To calculate the thermal power, and analyze receiver's thermal conversion efficiency, the medium's temperature in the exit of receiver should be monitored, 3. When the system is operating, monitor the temperature, pressure, medium's flow in the pipes and the liquid level in the tank. Estimate safety and durability of system.
