he Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET) is an infrastructure less network of mobile component without any prior structure of communication within the network. The primary major challenge is security and privacy while communicating mobile nodes in the network because of open environment of the MANET. MANETs are vulnerable to Packet Drop Attack is a type of Denial of Service (DoS) attack. Packet Drop Attack in which, nodes drop the packets, but it is not attracting the neighbouring nodes to drop the packets. This proposed model works with existing routing protocol. This paper formulates the packet drop problem of MANET with the help of prior probability and continuous Bayes' Theorem. This paper will helps to identify the packet dropper node present in the MANET.

citations This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 3
popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average
influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average
impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
