Distribution network is an important infrastructure for people's livelihood, and it's a key link to protect the power “come down and useful”. Therefore, the rationality of distribution network planning also directly affects the regional economic development, social harmony and public safety. With the construction of intelligent distribution network, in order to further optimize the selection of distribution network planning quality index and the construction and operation of information system, this paper designs the monitoring platform of distribution network planning quality index. The grid company can achieve monitor and manage the distribution network planning quality indicators in real-time through the B/S structure of the system. The platform is more real and efficient, and it can save a lot of resources than traditional management.
