Smart operation of power networks requires advanced tools for network modeling and estimation of the power network operation state. The State Estimation is the basic function for Power Management Systems, aimed to provide accurate estimation of a power network operation state, both in transmission and distribution side. Robust and efficient Distribution State Estimator is described in this article, as applied in DMS project in Guizhou Province in China. Accuracy and sensitivity of such State Estimator was tested in field and compared with similar testing in European network.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 5 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
