
With the development of noise reduction technology, there is a limitation on acoustics ship detection. The radar detection is becoming an important kind of non-acoustic technology. Kirchhoff resident phase method is chosen to calculate the rough surface and build the sea and ship wake model. Then, the electromagnetic scattering cross-section from different directions is simulated, and the preliminary analysis result of wake detection method of ship is discussed.
