The optimization goal for a waste heat revovery power generation system is to obtain maximum power output per ton clinker without increasing the heat rate of the cement production. The genetic algorithm theory was utilized to abtain the optimal match of thermodynamic parameters. The system performance is improved after optimization (power output increased by 139kW compared to that of the design statue under same exhaust gas condition).
