In this paper based on the samples of electronic industry listed companies in Zhejiang Province and according to the data of their financial statements from 2007 to 2009, we analyze them financial condition, management performance and variation tendency. Including the abilities pay off the debt, operating, profiting. Through analysis we can find that electronics industry in Zhejiang Province has been developed to their summit in 2007. With the continuous rapid growth, the listed companies were adjusting the industrial structure and they affected by the international financial crisis. So they have been suffered heavy losses in 2008. But after 2009 the operating performance of the listed companies has been turned up.
