An electron-deuteron inelastic scattering experiment was performed at incident electron energies of 620 and 350 Mev. The ratio of electron-neutron to electron-proton coincidences was measured at two scattering angles for the interaction e + d yields e + n + p. The data were analyzed in terms of the alternative form factors G/sub E/ and G/sub M/. The calculated neutron form factors are G/sub En/ = plus or minus (0.16 plus or minus 0.04) and G/sub Mn/ = plus or minus (1.06 plus or minus 0.06). (H.D.R.)
