Anderson localization in anisotropic random media

Abstract

Etude analytique et numerique de la localisation d'Anderson dans les systemes dans lesquels le caractere aleatoire est anisotrope et intermediaire entre differentes dimensions. En fonction du parametre d'anisotropie θ, qui s'intercalle entre un systeme aleatoire en couches unidimensionnel et le caractere aleatoire isotrope tridimensionnel, les resultats montrent l'existence d'un θc critique dependant de l'energie du Fermi en dessous duquel la fonction d'onde est localisee pour un caractere aleatoire arbitrairement petit. Observation un phenomene de reentree interessant dans le diagramme de phases de la localisation au voisinage du bord de bande, ou la densite d'etats est faible. Obtention des expressions analytiques pour les longueurs de localisation dans le regime localise lors que le caractere aleatoire est petit
