La transition de phase antiferroelectrique dans KSCN peut etre decrite par un modele d'Ising compressible a quatre pseudo-spins par maille unitaire. Construction d'un Hamiltonien du modele; analyse de la stabilite des diverses phases a basse temperature possibles, et des comportements statique et dynamique du systeme. Une comparaison avec les experiences montre que l'energie du couplage elastique est de l'ordre de la moitie de celle due aux interactions dipole-dipole
