We show how to generalize supersymmetric quantum mechanics to coupled two-body channels. For the case with different thresholds for each channel we obtain simple relations between $S$-matrix elements of the original problem and its supersymmetric partner in a given partial wave. We find corresponding relations among reflection and transmission coefficients for one-dimensional scattering. These relations are obtained without a knowledge of the dynamical details.
