Abstract

Les langues de la branche yucatec (yucatec, lacandon, itza et mopan), dans la famille maya, ont longtemps ete analysees comme des cas d'ergativite morphologique eclatee. L'A. montre ici que le mopan doit etre classe a part et qu'il doit etre analyse comme une langue a predominance active-inactive ou a intransitivite eclatee. Il se base en effet sur l'existence de certaines regularites dans les schemas de marquage de cas/role au niveau du patient et de l'agent transitifs, ainsi qu'au niveau du participant unique de certains predicats intransitifs statifs et actifs
